5 Ways To Attack Mondays Like A Pro

Cheers to the freaking Monday! No, it’s not a mistake.
We are celebrating the birth of a new work week and we believe you can attack it like a pro.
A tall feat? Let us help you.

To be honest, whether you love or loathe your job, trying to get back into the same old routine after a couple of days out can be a challenge.
And, as you sit at your desk, staring blankly at your computer screen, that Friday feeling seeming like a distant memory, trying to stay positive is much easier said than done.
Lucky for you, we at Scooper love Mondays because we always attack it like a pro. You too can excel on Mondays if you follow our secrets.
·        Get Enough Sleep
Instead of staying up on Sunday night to gloat about how work resumes the next day, try sleeping earlier than usual.

This will help you be properly prepared for the new week. You will also wake up fresher and in a great mental state for the work week. Get at least eight hours of sleep.
·        Have Breakfast
It’s not called ‘the most important meal of the day’ for nothing. A good and balanced breakfast is an essential key to a successful start.
Studies have shown that people who regularly skip breakfast are more likely to have problems with concentration, energy, and metabolism. And we’ve not even mentioned those awkward stomach grumbles in the middle of weekly meetings.

With studies finding that a quarter of us skip breakfast every day, especially considering the traffic rush, it is time to make changes.
Make sure you grab a healthy breakfast in the morning and embrace the day like the star that you are.
·        Show A Little Kindness
Start your day with a smile and compliment for yourself. Then, be kind to people you meet on the way – like giving beggar money or giving a stranger a smile.

Not only will it make someone else’s day, but you’ll feel a sense of happiness and kindness within yourself. Be kind.
·        Bad Energy Stay Far Away
This is a hard one but an extremely important point. The start of a new week can be full of negativity, from people being cranky about how short the weekend was to the morning rush. It is hard to stay positive.

The trick is not to let it get to you. Instead of joining in the conversation, simply choose not to participate.
Have the biggest smile on your face, listen to your favorite upbeat songs on your commute to work. Bad energy MUST stay far away.
·        Prioritize
Honestly, Mondays come with a ton of work. It sometimes asks us to do more things that we are capable of.
Take a deep breath, and prioritize what absolutely has to get done. Make a list, and work through it one thing at a time.
Make sure to try these out and they’ll have you wishing for Mondays. Have a great week!
